Registered Dietitian and owner of Vitality Nutrition Counseling.

In my 12 years of experience as a dietitian seeing clients one-on-one, I’ve talked to countless of people about nutrition, and I’ve learned that keeping it simple makes the biggest impact.

Virtual 55-minute initial session with Kelsey, billed to your insurance. We’ll check your coverage together before scheduling. Follow-up visits are 45 minutes, as needed or bi-weekly, until you’ve met your health goals and feel confident in your food choices.
